Hugh qualified in the Incorporated Society of Valuers & Auctioneers in 1987, becoming an active member of the Society. In 2000 Hugh completed a further two years of Study at the College of Estate Management (now University College), passing a diploma in Arbitration and becoming a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 2001.

Andrew is ASA Accredited Senior Appraiser, with over 30 years’ experience of Plant & Machinery Valuation. He has worked in 65 different countries and within many sectors including Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities, Mining, Telecommunications, General Manufacturing (Food, Engineering, Cement, etc.) and Process Plants.

Damian worked in the digital industry for over 16 years since graduating with a first class honours degree in Computer Science. He started his career in Germany working as a software engineer and has moved through the ranks to be become a Web Development Manager. He now is now in charge of marketing at Capital Chartered.
