We have carried out numerous valuations for High Street Banks and Building Societies, Private Banks and other loan providers over many years so have a considerable depth of experience. We liaise with lenders at all times to ensure that we have understood their requirements and that we deliver useful information to assist with the loan decision.When providing a valuation we seek to provide an objective and balanced assessment of a property’s suitability for loan security. All valuations for secured lending are undertaken in accordance with the RICS Valuation Professional Standards incorporating the International Valuation Standards (The Red Book).

A valuation by a local valuer familiar with the loan criteria of the Lender helps to ensure that the risk is properly managed.
