What other valuations do you carry out for clients?

We carry out various valuations for both corporate and private clients, including, but not restricted to, valuations for French Wealth Tax, Housing Association Staircase Valuations for both acquisition and disposal, valuation of properties which are jointly owned where one party wishes to buy out the other, valuation of garden land etc.

Where a client’s request is outside of our normal practice, we are always happy to suggest firms or individuals that we have dealt with in the past and who we think will be able to offer a satisfactory service.
