Unless urgent our written lease extension report will usually be with you within five to ten working days of our property inspection and receiving a copy of the relevant lease documentation. Working with your solicitor we will take you through the whole Lease Extension Process from Section 42 Notice, Section 45 Counter notice and towards a negotiated agreement. Where agreement on price to Extend the Lease cannot be reached by negotiation we have the experience required to represent our clients effectively at The Property Tribunal.

Expert Leasehold Enfranchisement advice is also essential to Leaseholders and Freeholders where the Freehold is to be sold either by Private Treaty or at Auction and it is required that Leaseholders should be offered "Right of First Refusal" (RFR) as provided by Part 1 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 as amended by the Housing Act 1996.
